When can I expect a response from customer support?
Our team aims to respond within 24–72 hours. We’re available Monday–Friday, 10AM–6PM PST and response times may vary during weekends and major holidays.
How do I find out when new styles are released?
Join our email list for new drops and exclusive discounts. Follow us on Instagram so you never miss a release.
Can I order items that are not offered on the web store?
We are currently offering a limited selection of items through our web store. Join our mailing list to receive updates on new product releases.
If an item is sold out, when will it be available?
Clubderichesse.com displays real-time inventory. If an item isn’t visible on our website, it is currently unavailable.
How do I know if an item will fit?
We recommend checking our size guide to find your best fit. You’ll also find detailed measurements and fit information on each product page.
Measurements are shown in inches unless noted otherwise. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at Support@clubderichesse.com.
Do you offer gift receipts or gift cards?
We do not offer gift receipts or gift cards at this time.
Orders
I placed a successful order, but why haven’t I received a confirmation email yet?
During high-traffic periods, confirmation emails may be slightly delayed. If you haven’t received an email within 1 hour, please check your junk or spam folder. If you believe you entered an incorrect email, contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name, and we will resend your confirmation.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Every order is reviewed and considered confirmed once a shipping confirmation email is sent. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Can I make modifications to my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. Example: If you place two separate orders we are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You may request a cancellation by emailing us at Support@clubderichesse.com 2 hours of purchase. Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on the order’s processing status.
I received an item from Club De Richesse as a gift. Can I return it or exchange it?
We do not offer exchanges or returns unless an item is received damaged.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
Please email Support@clubderichesse.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product(s) and your packing or invoice slip.
My order is over $175 — why didn’t I receive free shipping?
Free shipping applies to orders totaling $175 or more before tax and after discount codes are applied. If a promo code brings your subtotal below $175, free shipping will not apply.
I forgot to add my welcome code. Can it be applied?
Unfortunately, we can't apply codes after an order is placed but your welcome code will still be available to use on your next order.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
We process orders Monday–Friday and ship them within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info. Tracking updates and delivery estimates may take 48–72 business hours to appear.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Address updates may be requested; however, they are not guaranteed once an order is placed. Please ensure all information is correct before checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet but we’re working on it. At this time, Club de Richesse only ships domestically.
I received a tracking number, but the shipment hasn't moved.
Tracking numbers are generated when the shipping label is created. Please allow 1–3 business days for the courier to scan your package and update the status.
My tracking information says my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What does this mean?
Please allow up to 48 hours after the marked delivery time for your package to arrive, as carriers may mark items as delivered before they are physically dropped off.
If your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact USPS directly to file a claim, as all Club de Richesse packages are insured. Once you’ve submitted the claim, email us at Support@clubderichesse.com with your claim number so we can further assist you.
My package is being returned to sender. What are the next steps?
If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal, a refund will be processed minus shipping fees once the item is returned to us.
Shipping fees are non refundable. If an order is returned to sender, the refund will exclude the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a return?
We do apologize but at this time we do not offer returns unless an item is received damaged.
Am I able to exchange an order?
We do apologize at this time we are not able to offer an exchange, please make sure to visit our size guide page.
My order came damaged, what can be done?
Please email Support@clubderichesse.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product(s) and your packing or invoice slip.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
Club de Richesse accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal. PayPal purchases must be made through a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.
Why was my order canceled?
In some cases, orders are automatically canceled for security reasons, such as potential fraud or payment verification issues. Please contact your financial institution to confirm your information is correct before placing a new order.
I was refunded but have not received it?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refunded to post. (Depending on your financial institution)
